DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO ART. LAW No. 10 675/1996 
Under Article 10 of Law No. 675/1996, ECOMAX informs you, in your capacity as interested party, that your personal data ("Data") will be processed as follows: 

A) Aims of treatment 
The collection and processing of data are carried out by ECOMAX Ltd. exclusively for the purposes of: 
- Recruitment and personnel selection. 
- Sending information and promotional material. 

B) Processing methods 
The processing of data for the aforesaid purposes will take place using both automated and non-automated means and in accordance with the rules of confidentiality and security required by law. 
Data can be processed on behalf of ECOMAX Ltd by employees, professionals or companies we hire to perform specific services or activities complementary to those of the Company, or necessary to the operations and services of the Company. 

C) Provision of data 
The conferment of data is entirely optional. Refusal to provide data will not lead to any consequence except the impossibility to use the services offered by the Company. 

D) Consent and rights of 
Article 13 of Law 675/1996 the following rights: 
- Access to the Guarantor's records; 
- Obtain information about the data that concern you; 
- Obtain the cancellation or the block, or updating, rectification or integration, as well as evidence that such operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data were communicated, - object, for legitimate reasons, the treatment Data; 
- Oppose treatment for commercial, advertising or market research.
